3. What is a press pass? When do I need it and how?
Press Accreditation Card (PAC) identifies the media personnel as bona fide journalists reporting in Singapore and gives them access to government information and events open to the media. If you are a media personnel working in Singapore, you will need to apply for one from the Media Relations Division of MICA. This can be done electronically via Press Accreditation Card (PAC) . MICA administers the usage of the National Flag, State Crest, National Anthem, and the Lion Head Symbol.
